Data Processing Addendum (Overview)

Processor role

When Evaluator processes data on your behalf under a commercial agreement, Simple Machine Mind generally acts as a data processor (or service provider) with respect to that data.

Customer responsibilities

• You are responsible for having a lawful basis to send data to Evaluator.
• You must not send data that you are not authorized to process or transmit to third-party processors.
• You must configure and operate Evaluator in a way that aligns with your internal policies and regulatory needs.

Processor commitments (summary)

• Process customer data only to provide and secure the Evaluator service.
• Apply appropriate technical and organizational security measures.
• Cooperate in good faith with data protection inquiries as allowed by law.

Full DPA terms, including jurisdiction-specific clauses, will be provided as part of your commercial agreement upon request.
