EvaluatorDPT Privacy Notice

1. Scope

This Privacy Notice describes how Simple Machine Mind (“SMsquared”, “we”, “us”) handles data processed by the EvaluatorDPT API (“EvaluatorDPT”), including requests sent from Azure Marketplace customers and direct enterprise integrations.

2. Data We Process

EvaluatorDPT primarily processes:

• Decision inputs – text and optional steering vectors provided in API requests.
• Operational metadata – timestamps, request identifiers, and quota counters.
• Account and billing data – contact details and subscription metadata managed via Azure Marketplace or direct contracts.

3. Use of Data

We use this data only to:

• Compute deterministic decisions and return API responses.
• Operate, monitor, and secure the EvaluatorDPT service.
• Meet contractual, billing, and legal obligations.

We do not use customer data submitted to EvaluatorDPT to train generic SMsquared models without an explicit written agreement.

4. Retention

Logs and telemetry are retained for a limited period to support debugging, abuse detection, and operational analytics. Retention windows may vary based on customer configuration, environment, and applicable legal requirements.

5. Data Location & Transfers

EvaluatorDPT is currently deployed on Microsoft Azure regions selected by SMsquared. Where required, we work with customers to align region choices with data residency expectations.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Do not send unnecessary personal data, especially sensitive or regulated fields, unless strictly required.
• Use pseudonymization or tokenization where practical.
• Ensure your use of EvaluatorDPT complies with your own privacy policies and legal obligations.
