Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited uses

You may not use Evaluator to:

• Violate applicable law or third-party rights.
• Build or operate systems for unlawful surveillance or harassment.
• Create or distribute malware, spam, or abusive content.
• Support discrimination or explicit harm against protected groups.

High-risk and regulated uses

For safety-critical domains (e.g., aviation, healthcare, defense, financial trading), Evaluator must be treated as a decision-support component, not a sole decision maker. Human oversight, testing, and domain-appropriate controls remain your responsibility.

Abuse handling

We may monitor for abuse patterns (e.g., traffic anomalies, abuse reports) and take action such as throttling, suspending keys, or terminating access to protect the platform and other customers.
